"THE HUMAN RIGHTS"

WHAT ARE THE HUMAN RIGHTS?

Human rights are rights inherent To all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, in the forms of treaties, customary international law , general principles and other sources of international law. International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

BOTH RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS .

Human rights entail both rights and obligations. States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, to protect and to fulfil human rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses. The obligation to fulfil means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights. At the individual level, while we are entitled our human rights, we should also respect the human rights of others.

The Brain!!

HOW NEURONS CONNECT???

Neiurons connect with each other at synapses. That is the principal means by they communicate. One major form of connection is the realease of molecules of neurotransmitter from the sender neuron to the reciver neuron.

THE FUNCTION

In the human anatomy, the nervous system is basically a networsk of specializes cells whiich coordinate the action of idividual by sending signals from one part of the body to other.
The nervous system is basically divided into two parts_ the central nervous system comprising of the brain and spinal card, and the peripheral nervous system, comprising of the sensory neurons, and nerves which connect them to each other.
the human nervous system is a highly specialized network that contains billions of neurons and responsible for controlling and coordinating all the fuctions of the body.

HEMISPHERES OF THE BRAIN

One of the most complex, but amazing organ of the human body, the brain is basically divided into two hemispheres, the right hemiosphere and the left hemisphere.
Each of these hemisphere of the brain have certain functions to their credit, based on wich we can determine the dominant hemisphere of the individual´s brain
Interestingly , the right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for the functions of the left part of the body, while the left hemisphere is responsible for the functions of the right part of the body.

Express your opinion "nowadays, rote learning is taking place at schools"

Yes in my opinion rote learning is present in the classroom, the students learn by heart, do not understand the concepts, Only repeat what the techer says in the class; and this only happens in some cases not at all...
